Your voice matters.
We welcome comments and concerns. Feedback helps us build a service that is transparent, respectful and accountable.
How to share feedback
Please contact Anisa Addawe Ali, Director and Nominated Individual, at [email protected] or 07850 125882, or write to Addawe Care Limited, 6 Amen Corner, London SW17 9JE.
You may share feedback by telephone, email or in writing. You may also ask a representative to assist you.
How concerns will be handled
- We will record and acknowledge the concern, normally within three working days.
- We will review the issue fairly and contact you if further information is needed.
- We aim to provide a written response within 28 calendar days, or explain if more time is required.
- We will record any learning and improvement actions arising from the complaint.
If your concern involves the person managing complaints
If your complaint is about the Director or Nominated Individual, you may seek independent advice or contact relevant external organisations. Any safeguarding concerns should be directed promptly to the local authority safeguarding team. The person complained about should not investigate allegations about themselves.
Independent information and support
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) accepts information about the quality and safety of regulated services; it does not generally investigate individual complaints on your behalf. You can also visit the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman to check whether a matter falls within its remit.
Important: Addawe Care is preparing for CQC registration and is not currently delivering regulated personal care. This page explains how current enquiries and future complaints will be handled; it is not evidence of registered status.
